Elneo is your partner of choice for the complete assembly of a compressed air installation from scratch. The project started with an empty warehouse and some drawings.
On these plans, in consultation with our customer, we drew up a diagram of the best way to route the piping and the location of the compressor installation.
All of this was done in order to achieve optimum compressed air performance with as little pressure differential as possible.
Here are the components of this installation:
- Installation of a high efficiency Gardner Denver compressor (VS30 and ESM23)
- One fixed speed and one variable speed compressor to reduce consumption in the most efficient way possible.
- A GD Connect 12 that can control these compressors in an optimal way.
- A refrigerant dryer with capacitive blowdowns, which significantly reduces compressed air consumption.
- A low pressure loss aluminium pipework system
- It has been laid in a ring to optimise pressure distribution and minimise pressure drop.
- The secondary lines are routed as directly as possible to the consuming machines.
- Thanks to the minimal resistance of the smooth inner wall of the aluminium pipes, a low pressure drop is achieved. This results in considerable energy savings.
- Very short bends are possible, which reduces the space requirement in the compressor room.
- Parker high efficiency coalescing filters
- These filters have the lowest pressure drop on the market.
- High degree of filtration down to 0.01μm
- A large Pauchard tank
- This 2000L tank allows the compressors to operate more quietly and efficiently, avoiding high air consumption and pressure losses in the network.
- Jorc Sepremium oil/water separator
- Once the condensate has passed through this separator, it will filter out the oil so that the remaining condensate can be safely discharged into the sewer system.
